He is an authority on lean management & customer experience and his work has been replicated internationally. He has helped numerous organisations to increase sales, reduce costs and improve customer experience. He enables organisations to become competitive by making them efficient and customer-centric. A ‘Phil Crosby’Medalist& Golden Quill Awardee by American Society of Quality’ (2014), he is one of the world’s leading lights in the space of Lean Management. He has written 5+ books, few of which are best sellers and written 150+ articles in national & international magazines, journals & newspapers. He has given 20+ national & international presentations on matters pertaining to Quality in Business, Lean thinking in financial services, creating a quality culture & others.One of the early pioneers of quality practices in India, he has more than two decades of business improvement leadership experience in global corporations.

He is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma from Indian Statistical Institute. Hemant Prabhakar Urdhwareshe

Hemant Prabhakar Urdhwareshe is a Proprietor, Principal Trainer, and Consultant for Six Sigma, Reliability Engineering and Advanced Statistical Tools. In his diverse roles he has designed and created training modules, executed them with associate consultants &provided guidance for implementation of Six Sigma, Quality and Reliability Improvement.He is a quality professional who has helped many organizations for improving their quality and reliability performance and training and guiding professionals to enhance their quality and Six sigma skills.

For his immense contribution to these fields he has received Six sigma master black belt by American society for quality and has been working as Certified Manager of Quality and Organization Excellence in Quality Management for the same.He has worked with Cummins Media Limited to implement Cummins Total Quality System (TQS), Institute of quality and reliability and others. He has written various books & journals and presented papers in national & international journals & magazines. He has received many awards including Chairman’s Award for Best Sigma sponsor by Cummins India Limited in 2002&Qimpro Silver Standard Award for Outstanding Quality Manager in 2003.

DorairajanPrabhakaran

DorairajanPrabhakaran is the Vice President, Research & Policy Organization, Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), Executive Director of Centre for Chronic Disease Control &Professor (Epidemiology) London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. His work spans from mechanistic research to understanding the causes for increased propensity of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) among Indians and developing solutions for CVD through translational research and human resource development. He is India lead for the course on Health Emergencies in Large Populations (HELP) conducted in collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross. These courses have received several accolades and awards, and have been adopted by several state governments of India and are soon going to be rolled out in few African countries & Pakistan.

Dr Prabhakaran is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, UK, Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, India & an Adjunct Professor at the Emory University. He is also a member of Executive Council of the International Society of Hypertension (ISH) andChair of the International Society of CVD Epidemiology and Prevention (ISCEP).

For his immense contributions, he wasrecognised as the topmost researcher in Medicine in India in terms of publications for the years 2009-2014 by Scopus and Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. He was also awarded Padma Bhusan, the country’s third highest civilian award.
