Independent Assessment of Accreditation Services
Certification Body's Feedback on Accreditation Services from NABCB

 

 

Quality Council of India (QCI) is conducting an independent survey of the Management Systems Certification Bodies operating in India, whether accredited or not accredited with the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB), a constituent Board of QCI.

 

The objective of this survey is to understand the Certification Body's perspective and perception on accreditation services being provided by the NABCB and to use the feedback to further improve and streamline the NABCB processes and services to meet the current as well as the future market needs.

 

This is a self-initiative of QCI for the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies to further strengthen quality for the 125 crores citizens of India. Your role as a Certification Body in providing certification services to different industry and services sectors is very important, which ultimately benefits the citizens

 

pManifold Business Solutions, a specialised customer research company, has been authorized to conduct this survey independently on behalf of the Quality Council of India. The survey will take about 10 minutes of your time. The findings from this survey will only be reported in aggregate manner and no individual responses will be mentioned.
