I am indeed happy to inform you that the 5th National Quality Conclave was held on 19-20 February 2010 at Hotel Le-Meridien, New Delhi. This year as issues related to governance are taking a centre stage, we have selected Leveraging Quality for Good Governance as the theme for 5th National Quality Conclave. Plenary and concurrent sessions have been structured around key issues related to Governance in Education, Healthcare, Public Services and Industry etc. The topics have been chosen from amongst the subjects which form part of the country's economic and social agenda.

The Conclave was addressed by policy and decision makers, academic leaders, healthcare experts, quality specialists who will discuss latest developments, trends with examples which will stimulate new and innovative ideas on leveraging quality for good governance.

The Conclave aimed at business leaders, managers from public and private sectors, government officials, professionals, NGOs, academicians, students and others who are interest in the theme and the other sessions.
