Attention Hospitals

The hospital shall inform NABH within 15 days of any significant changes affecting its operations relevant to accreditation, such as :

1. change in its legal, commercial, ownership or organizational status
2. changes in the organization, top management and key personnel
3. changes in the main policies
4. changes in the resources and premises
