Hospital Accreditation: Awareness Workshop
Option A:

This is to sensitize the hospital management and staff for accreditation.
 
One day workshop to provide brief information on NABH accreditation standards to hospital management and staff. NABH would provide the following:

  1. Faculty to conduct the workshop including their honorarium.
  2. 20 copies of NABH accreditation standard.
  3. Additional copies of standard at reduced price of Rs. 500/- (Original price Rs. 750).

Hospital will have to provide the following:

  1. Travel, Boarding and lodging for the faculty.
  2. Rs. 50000/- in the form of DD in favour of ‘Quality Council of India’.

 
Option B:

This helps to understand the requirement for implementation of accreditation standards.

Two days workshop to provide detailed information on NABH accreditation standards and guidance on implementing standards to hospital management and staff. NABH would provide the following:

  1. Faculty to conduct the workshop including their honorarium.
  2. 20 copies of NABH accreditation standard.
  3. Additional copies of standard at reduced price of Rs. 500/- (Original price Rs. 750).

Hospital will have to provide the following:

  1. Travel, Boarding and lodging for the faculty.
  2. Rs. 75000/- in the form of DD in favour of ‘Quality Council of India’.

Terms and Conditions:

  • At least 15 days notice to conduct the workshop.
  • DD in advance.
  • Hospital has to arrange for venue, tea/lunch for participants and audio/ visual facility for presentation.

 
Option C:

Three days workshop to provide guidance on implementing standards to hospital management and staff with the aim of developing internal counsellors for helping hospital to work towards achieving accreditation.

Model 1:
                            
NABH would provide the following:

  1. Venue, tea/lunch for participants and all other logistics arrangements for the workshop.
  2. Faculty to conduct the workshop including their honorarium.
  3. Travel, Boarding and lodging for the faculty.
  4. Course material for the workshop.

Participant will have to provide the following:

  1. Course fee of Rs. 10,000/- per participant in the form of DD in favour of ‘Quality Council of India’.

Terms and Conditions:

  • At least 15 days notice to conduct the workshop.
  • DD in advance.

Model 2:

NABH would provide the following:

  1. Faculty to conduct the workshop including their honorarium.
  2. Travel for the faculty.
  3. Course material for the workshop.

Hospital will have to provide the following:

  1. Venue, tea/lunch for participants and all other logistics arrangements for the workshop
  2. Boarding and lodging for the 2-3 faculty.
  3. Course fee of Rs. 1,50,000/- per course (maximum 30 participants) in the form of DD in favour of ‘Quality Council of India’.

Terms and Conditions:

  • At least 15 days notice to conduct the workshop.
  • DD in advance.
