NOTE: 

• Extension of tenure of Hygiene Rating Audit Agencies recognized by FSSAI for verification of Hygiene Rating of Food Establishmen
• Acceptance of food and water testing reports from government recognized laboratories for the purpose of Hygiene Rating - circular
• The bodies already approved by FSSAI/ holding FSMS accreditation to fill up the form by visiting the link : QCI Recognition of FSSAI apprroved bodies or NABCB accredited bodies.pdf
• HRAA already approved by FSSAI are authorised to do audits until 30^th April 2021. Post this they have to apply to QCI as a fresh applicant for which fee applicable is mentioned in clause 8 of HRAAs Recognition Procedure.It is requested that such HRAA to quickly submit form as otherwise there will be time lag which would bar them for doing audits post 01^st May.
• FSMS accredited HRAA to fill the application and submit to QCI for getting formally registered on the QCI HRAA Scheme.
• Any fresh application has to abide by Cl. 1.5 of HRAA Recognition Procedure and then fill up the required documents duly submitting the same to QCI.
